Maximum grassy space measures 50' L x 30' W. Before you book, please guarantee your RV bottom and exhaust pipes, etc. MUST have 1'5" or 17" clearance to the ground to prevent your bottom from scraping the ground when entering the site area from Cache St/Hwy 189/191. NO ELECTRIC OR SEWER, WATER ONLY at this dry site, complimentary Wi-Fi, and quiet enjoyment. Pull trailers accepted. Guests are asked to use dump station before arrival. Please note, tent camping is not permitted in town. Public restrooms are located at the Home ranch Parking Lot. Showers are located adjacent at the Teton County Recreation Center for daily fee. Leashed, quiet pets okay on grounds. Generators permitted 10am-3pm.

Cozy up in the original homestead house. Up the deck stairs you enter to the main level. Group Unit 46 has two rooms and one full bathroom, a kitchen with an electric oven, microwave, a large refrigerator, an outdoor deck, a/c and heat, parking for two vehicles, and complimentary fiber optic internet. The private bedroom on the main floor has one queen size bed, a television, sitting chair, and a dresser. The adjacent two queen beds are shared in the main living area with three sitting chairs, a television, and direct access to outdoor deck, full kitchen, and one full bathroom. Upstairs, there are two additional rooms with a full bed in each room. Basic cookware, coffee pot, and utensils provided. Quiet enjoyment honored 10pm-10am daily. No pets. Group Unit 46 is located in the big house toward the back of property. Park vehicle in front of the left side of the house under the kitchen window between the two large cottonwood trees.

This site is close to Grand Teton National Park and is two blocks from Jackson Town Square downtown. 30 AMP electric, sewer hookup, complimentary Wi-Fi, and quiet enjoyment. Showers and public bathrooms are available adjacent at the Teton County Recreation Center. Leashed, quiet pets on site are okay. Enter the dirt drive between Home Ranch Parking Lot and motel property behind the motel building. Drive down the dirt drive, and the site is at the end at the back of the motel building on your left. Please park PARALLEL alongside the motel building. Enter the first dirt drive at the corner of US Hwy 189/191 between Home Ranch Parking and the motel lobby building--drive east. Site G is at the end. If you enter the second section behind the cabins, you went too far.

Enjoy the small deck. Single vehicle parking is located right in front of your deck. There is a staircase up to enter the unit.
