Group Unit 46 has two rooms and one full bathroom, a kitchen with an electric oven, microwave, a large refrigerator, an outdoor deck, a/c and heat, parking for two vehicles, and complimentary fiber optic internet. The private bedroom on the main floor has one queen size bed, a television, sitting chair, and a dresser. The adjacent two queen beds are shared in the main living area with three sitting chairs, a television, and direct access to outdoor deck, full kitchen, and one full bathroom. Upstairs, there are two additional rooms with a full bed in each room. Basic cookware, coffee pot, and utensils provided. Quiet enjoyment honored 10pm-10am daily. No pets. Group Unit 46 is located in the big house toward the back of property. Park vehicle in front of the left side of the house under the kitchen window between the two large cottonwood trees.

NO ELECTRIC OR SEWER, WATER ONLY at this dry site, complimentary Wi-Fi, and quiet enjoyment. Pull trailers accepted. Guests are asked to use dump station before arrival. Please note, tent camping is not permitted in town. Public restrooms are located at the Home ranch Parking Lot. Showers are located adjacent at the Teton County Recreation Center for daily fee. Leashed, quiet pets okay on grounds. Generators permitted 10am-3pm.
