Daily office hours open 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm May 7th - October 10, 2026. Ice is available daily, 9 am - 9 pm.

GUARANTEE POLICY
A credit card is required to guarantee your online reservation. You will be charged to the card on file for your reservation on the day of your arrival. You will receive a one-week reminder email before your arrival date.

72-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel, you must do so at least 72 hours before your arrival date to avoid a 100% forfeiture of your reservation fee charged on the scheduled arrival date.

RATE RULES/RESTRICTIONS
Rates are confirmed in US dollars, as specified in your email confirmation. The taxes, room, and service charges on your e-mail confirmation are those currently in effect. According to local law, taxes, service charges, and related fees are subject to change without notice.

RESERVATION CHANGES
Any changes to your reservation are subject to The Kudar's availability at that time and may result in a rate change. If you need to change your reservation, please email requests to stay@thekudar.com.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
CHECK IN hours are from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please text 307.733.2823 or stay@thekudar.com to arrange arrival after 9:00 pm. CHECK OUT is by 10:00 AM. A $15.00-per-hour fee may be assessed for late checkouts. Please leave the keys in the front door box on the lobby door to communicate that you have departed.

DOG POLICY
We have select cabins (18, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37) where we accept dog stays, subject to a $75 pet stay fee. The dog must not be left unattended in the cabin and must be leashed on the property grounds at all times. Please dispose of dog waste immediately inside the "RASCAL" trash trailer located past Cabin 37. The maximum number of dogs is 1.

COIN LAUNDRY AND PUBLIC SHOWERS/BATHROOM
The property does not have laundry facilities nor a public restroom/showers for RV guests. Coin laundry access is across the street in the alley of Rockwell Inn. Public bathrooms and showers are available next door at the Teton County Recreation Center and Home Ranch Parking Lot during operating hours.

100% NON SMOKING ROOMS
Absolutely NO SMOKING - NO VAPING in any unit or cabin, or a $250 de-smoke fee will apply; PLEASE DO NOT DISPOSE OF YOUR CIGARETTE LITTER ON THE GROUND, USE THE ASH TRAY or a $15 pick up fee will be charged to your card on file.

LEFT ITEMS / DAMAGES
Management is not responsible for items left behind and may charge for room damages, cigarette litter, late departure, missing keys, and additional cleaning.

HOUSEKEEPING
We provide a single-use shampoo and facial soap upon arrival, along with towels and linens. Housekeeping will enter your room for linen service every other day. If you waive service, please hang a DO NOT DISTURB door sign. Please feel free to make any additional requests before you arrive by texting 307-733-2823 or email stay@thekudar.com.
