Due to the current international health situation, Management will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure the safety of all employees and guests. Management has the right to not guarantee your reservation if you are coming from an area affected by the coronavirus. A Manager will be in contact with you if this may be the case. Our employees have been educated on the symptoms of coronavirus and how to reduce the risk of infection, employees will avoid close contact with guests, employees will be washing with antibacterial soap frequently, and employees will be trained to disinfect communal surfaces regularly throughout each day. We ask the same of our guests.
We kindly invite guests to please bring your own personal toiletries (body soap, shampoo, etc) for your stay with us in our effort to not only prevent the spread of COVID-19 but to support our environmental strategy to reduce single use waste to our landfills and waters. If you forget, these few items will be available upon request at check-in.
Due to seasonal demand, a credit card will need to be added to guarantee your reservation. You will be charged for your reservation upon arrival.
Rates are confirmed in the currency of the US Dollar unless otherwise specified in your e-mail confirmation details. Rates confirmed are for the number of occupants listed in your e-mail confirmation, per room, per night and do not include additional charges for roll-away beds or extra people and will apply only to rooms booked as part of this reservation. The taxes, room and service charges on your e-mail confirmation are those currently in effect. Taxes, service charges, etc. are subject to change without notice according to local law.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel, you must cancel 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid 100% forfeiture of your reservation charges.
Any changes to your reservation are subject to The Kudar's availability at that time and may result in a possible rate change. If you need to make changes to your current reservation, please email changes to email@example.com or call 1-307-733-2823 before 10 pm.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in hours are anytime between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. If arriving past 10:00 pm, please call or email firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements with our Front Desk Staff. Check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out fees applied at $15.00 per extended hour.
100% NON SMOKING ROOMS
Absolutely NO SMOKING - NO VAPING in rooms or cabins or a $150 cleaning fee will apply; there are designated outdoor smoking areas to dispose of cigarettes and vape.
NO PET POLICY
The Kudar Motel does not accept pets since we have a limited number of rooms. If you need a pet friendly lodge in town, the following are pet friendly: Elk County Inn, Homewood Suites, Snow King Resort, and the 49'er Inn. Service pets with documentation are accepted for King Motel Rooms 21 and 23.
Attendants service rooms every other day. If you do not want service, please hang the "Do Not Disturb" outside. Hairdryers, single use shampoo, and soap bars are available upon request at check-in.
We invite guests to participate in plastic, aluminum, and glass recycling located at the east end of the motel section. Please remove caps and dispose in adjacent trash receptacle.
Guests are to honor quiet enjoyment from 10 pm to 10 am.

Please be observant and move through the drive at 5 MPH speed limit throughout the property.
Management has the right to charge for room damages.
