OFFICE HOURS
There is no coffee in the rooms or lobby. Ice is available in the lobby 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm.

72 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
In the unlikely event that you must cancel, you must cancel 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid 100% forfeiture of your reservation charges.

GUARANTEE POLICY
A credit card will need to be added to guarantee your reservation. You will be charged for your reservation the morning of arrival day. You will receive a one-week reminder email prior to your arrival date.

RATE RULES/RESTRICTIONS
Rates are confirmed in the currency of the US Dollar unless otherwise specified in your e-mail confirmation details. Rates confirmed are for the number of occupants listed in your e-mail confirmation, per room, per night. The taxes, room, and service charges on your e-mail confirmation are those currently in effect. Taxes, service charges, etc. are subject to change without notice according to local law.

RESERVATION CHANGES
Any changes to your reservation are subject to The Kudar's availability at that time and may result in a possible rate change. If you need to make changes to your current reservation, please email requests to stay@thekudar.com.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in hours are after 3:00 PM and and before 10:00 PM. Please call or email stay@thekudar.com to make arrangements for arrival after 10:00 pm. Check out is by 10:00 AM. Please leave keys in lobby door box so we know you have checked out. A $15.00 per hour may be applied to late check outs.

NO PET POLICY
The Kudar does not accept pets in the cabins since we have a limited number of units. Campervan guests must leash pets on site. Please dispose of dog waste responsibly in the large "RASCAL" trash bin north of Cabin 37. Documented service pet will be an additional $25 first day fee for allergen cleaning.

COIN LAUNDRY AND PUBLIC SHOWERS/BATHROOM
The property does not have laundry facilites nor a public restoom/showers for RV guests. Coin laundry access is across the street in the alley of Lexington Inn. Public bathrooms and showers are available next door at Teton County Recreation Center and Home Ranch Parking Lot during operating hours.

100% NON SMOKING ROOMS
Absolutely NO SMOKING - NO VAPING in rooms or cabins or a $150 cleaning fee will apply; PLEASE DO NOT DISPOSE YOUR CIGARETTE LITTER ON THE GROUND or a clean up fee may be charged to your card on file.

LEFT ITEMS / DAMAGES
Management is not responsible for items left behind and has the right to charge for room damages, cigarette litter, late departure, missing keys, additional cleaning.

HOUSEKEEPING
We provide a single use shampoo and facial soap upon arrival, towels, and linens. Housekeeping will enter your room for linen service every other day. If you waive service, please hang DO NOT DISTURB door sign. Additional requests can be made prior to your arrival to stay@thekudar.com.
